O'Neal's computer numerically controlled (CNC) machining centers provide our customers with parts ready for the production line. A wide variety of machines provides precision drilling, boring, milling, and tapping services. Parts as small as a few ounces, or as large as 96" x 324" and weighing several tons, can be machined to your specifications.

O'Neal utilizes several methods of programming our machining centers. We can manually program the equipment using your blueprints or drawings; or we can use direct file transfer via DXF. Since O'Neal's machining centers utilize CNC technology, direct transfer of files via DXF enables us to bypass paper blueprints and drawings and program the machines directly. This ensures the highest level of speed and accuracy in programming because there is no manual transfer of printed material to digital files.
O'Neal's machining centers are capable of processing virtually every metal inventoried throughout the company, including carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum in a number of shapes including sheet, plate, tubing, and bars.
In keeping with O'Neal's quality standards, all finished goods are inspected before they leave our facilities. We use a variety of inspection techniques including coordinate measuring machines to determine the exactness of close tolerance parts, and to measure the accuracy of the machining.
