O'Neal currently uses three types of saws: the band saw, cold saw, and aluminum plate saw. These come in a variety of sizes and styles, which provide O'Neal with the flexibility to tackle almost any cutting requirement, regardless of size.
O'Neal has a tremendous inventory of saws company-wide utilizing the latest technology, so we can handle almost any sawing requirement. New saws allow us to cut faster and to tighter tolerances than ever before. We are able to miter cut one or both ends; and we can miter cut so the ends are parallel or opposite, right or left hand.

Band saws are used to cut most structural shapes and bars. Cold saws have a rigid blade that cuts slowly to yield close tolerances that eliminate the need for milling. Cold saws are used to cut structural shapes.
Automatic, computer-assisted feeds speed up the sawing process by repositioning materials after each cut. O'Neal can program cutting routines so that different lengths can be cut from the same stock length without manually repositioning the materials.
Aluminum plate saws provide close tolerance, straight line sawing on aluminum sheet and plate with a very clean finish.
