Machine Specifications and Capabilities
(machine.specs.capabilities.pdf - 138kb - download)

This .pdf lists the equipment and specifications currently available at O'Neal Tube Processing. Anytime new equipment is added, you will be immediately informed of its availability. With each addition, a quality planning process is performed, and that plan is kept on file in accordance with ISO9001:2000 Standards for your inspection.

Although a wide range of services is available through O'Neal Tube Processing, we realize that some customer requirements may involve the need for additional processing equipment. Depending on volume of business, we remain open to other investments, which may be required for specific operations.

The range of capabilities on our equipment is generic in nature according to the manufacturer's recommendations. In some cases, modifications to machine speeds and tooling may be made to increase the range of options available. We encourage you to make inquiries about specific applications if you have any questions about our capabilities.

If you desire a sample of the quality available for certain machine operation, please let us know. If tooling material is already in house, we can provide you a prototype part for quality inspection. Should the exact tooling or material not be immediately available, we can produce a sample part, which is reasonably close to actual print or dimensions. This will provide you the opportunity to inspect overall part quality and dimensional control before proceeding with a costly tooling purchase.
