Employing both manual and robotic methodologies, O'Neal uses gas metal arc welding (GMAW) and flux core arc welding (FCAW) techniques in conjunction with wire feed welding machines to produce assemblies and sub-assemblies. Appropriate fixtures, location techniques, and certified welders ensure customers' specifications are achieved on the finished weldments.

O'Neal can weld sheet, plate, structurals, shapes, bar grating, and tubing. For these products, we can handle most grades of carbon and high-strength, low-alloy (HSLA) steel.
We can work to a customer-supplied welding procedure specification (WPS); or we can consult with customers to arrive at a mutually agreed upon WPS.
Once welding is complete, these weldments can be sent to other secondary operations such as stress-relieving, shot blasting, machining, painting, or any number of other advanced in-house processes.
