Jodi Parnell Appointed President & CEO of O’Neal Steel
Jodi Parnell has been named President & Chief Executive Officer of O’Neal Steel.
A 25-year veteran of the company, Jodi has been an integral part of O’Neal Steel’s leadership team for the past decade, playing a key role in driving the company’s success.
Jodi joined O’Neal Steel in 1999, building a strong foundation in purchasing and supply chain management. Over the course of her career, she has led key initiatives and continuous improvement projects, gaining valuable cross-functional experience.
By 2014, she was appointed Vice President of Supply Chain Management, solidifying her role shaping O’Neal Steel’s strategic direction. Most recently, as Chief Operating Officer, Jodi led both supply chain and operations, strengthening the company’s commitment to safety, operational discipline, and team performance.

Beyond her professional achievements, Jodi is dedicated to Type 1 Diabetes research, having served on the board of JDRF (now Breakthrough T1D) for seven years, including a term as President. She and her husband, Joseph, along with their two adult children, Jack and Jenna, are active members of their local church and the Clanton, AL, community.
