Tate Forrester Promoted to Senior VP & Chief Development Officer of O’Neal Industries
O’Neal Industries promotes Tate Forrester to Senior Vice President & Chief Development Officer of O’Neal Industries. In this pivotal role, Forrester will oversee strategic investments and planning, spearhead ONI’s mergers and acquisitions strategy, and lead ONI’s business development and communication teams. For the past five years he served as President & CEO of O’Neal Steel, ONI’s flagship company.
Forrester brings a wealth of experience, having held key roles within both divisions of ONI, the Industrial Metals Group and the High-Performance Metals Group. He holds a B.A. from Vanderbilt University, an MBA from the University of Texas, and before joining ONI in 2009, worked in investment banking.
“Tate’s leadership experience at our flagship organization, his strong financial background, his focus on technology adoption, and his strategic acumen uniquely position him to guide ONI’s efforts in these critical areas,” said ONI Chairman & CEO Craft O’Neal.
Forrester is an active member of the Birmingham community and is involved in Prosper Birmingham, the Monday Morning Quarterback Club, and Kiwanis.
