Meet our oxy-fuel operator, Kevin Luker! With over 20 years of experience, he is one of the most skilled members on our processing team in Nashville, Tennessee. Kevin has excelled in many roles throughout his career, including material handling, drilling, sawing, lasering, shearing, and now oxy-fuel cutting.
Kevin is a team player and always willing to go out of his way to lend a helping hand when needed. He believes and practices “going above and beyond to get the job done.”
The O’Neal Steel mettle is strong in Kevin and our processing team. When complex projects arise, he and the team use their combined experience and skillset to find a creative solution.
One of the best parts of his job as an oxy-fuel operator is bringing customer drawings to life. Every project may start out the same with a piece of plate or sheet, but the pieces he cuts today may end up being used to manufacture semi-trucks, tractor attachments, or other equipment tomorrow. Since we serve a variety of creative customers, the possibilities are truly endless.
When you send us drawings, we put them in the hands of expert operators, such as Kevin, so if you’ve got a challenging project on your desk, we know a guy, and a team, who can help.
